Frost Burned
I didn't sleep for even a minute on my cross-country flight, which left JFK at 9pm and landed at SFO more than six hours later at midnight and change. Most of the time I was too busy reading Frost Burned, the latest entry in the Mercy Thompson series. (Note to Loud Melissa: you really need to get started on these, now that you've caught up with The Hollows!)

Fair Game
After how much I enjoyed Brigg's last Alpha and Omega novel, I was disappointed that this one was more like the first full-length novel in the series, in that the author seemed to be more in love with the idea of the dynamic of the relationship than in telling a story.

Celia and I made 24-hour zines together, but we only spent 12 hours on them. Hers is an adoring and adorable mini Sherman Alexie fanzine, because she is an adoring and adorable fan of the American Indian fiction writer.
