Last night I couldn't connect to the internet from home. First I went through a lengthy telephone system diagnostic with Time Warner, my service provider. Ultimately they determined that the problem was with my ISP, Earthlink. I tried to get help from them over the phone, but after an hour on hold I got disconnected.
