It's the first bout of the Garden State Roller Girl season, and it's a grudge match. Best of all, skating for the Jersey City Bridge and Pummel, is Lulu To-The-Barricades, #mai 68, who bears a remarkable resemblance to a member of NYC Radical Reference.

Happy birthday Lester Young and Charlie Parker! Every year from August 27-29 WKCR honors each of these saxophonists on his birthday by playing his music all day, with the day in between (8/28) for their collaborations.

Okay, not really, but I have discovered WEBoggle, which is pretty addictive. And it's really not much of a stretch to see how word games can be educational. Right?
