Hello, Universe

Five kids, a dog, a guinea pig, and a well are the primary elements in Kelly's middle grades universe. It's a sweet story of kids of mixed genders, ethnicities, and disabilities making friends, except the part where a bully is horrible and unknowingly endangers an animal and a shy boy. I'm not sure if we're supposed to understand and possibly empathize with the bully, but I definitely don't. Fuck you, Chet.
