This was one of those random NetGalley picks, and super interesting...for a while. The main point is that communication is key and, while awkward conversations are awkward, they prevent worse awkwardness down the line. It gets repetitive, which makes sense since it's based on or comprised of one-off blog posts. It's a good reference source, something employees and employers should keep handy to consult in challenging and weird situations.
I appreciate that she alternates she and he pronounces (an occasional "they" would be nice, but) and a range of names in her examples that go beyond your generic anglo monikers.
