The second book in the Blue Bloods series begins where the last one leaves off. Our heroine is trying to solve the mystery of who is preying on her and her fellow teenage vampires, but the all powerful Committee denies that there is any danger.
Although the series is fully of sexy teens, I'm starting to wonder if like in the Twilight books, there won't be any actual sex depicted.
I don't really know what to say about the plot, other than that this is another page turner, with an added bonus of the masquerade party that gives the book its title takes place at Angel Orensanz, where Eric and I had our wedding celebration. Both books have lots of NYC references, so that's fun if you're a local, like me.
I'm holding off on getting the third installment until I accomplish some of the tasks on my staycation to do list.
