Librarians are not supposed to judge anyone's choice of reading material. Therefore I'll direct my hate at the publishers of Loving Natalee: A Mother's Testament of Hope and Faith By Beth Holloway, HarperCollins.
I can see writing this book could be therapeutic for Ms. Holloway, and perhaps for the small percentage of her readers whose children have also gone missing, but generally speaking, I'm disgusted by the existence of this book. To be fair, I haven't read it, and probably won't, so I certainly won't call for it to be banned or any such nonsense. I would like to see HarperCollins give 100% of the profit of its sale to some sort of fund for kidnap victims and their families, though.
