Here's another book recommendation. Stephanie McMillan, a cartoon artist whose work I admire, has illustrated a graphic novel called As the World Burns: 50 Simple Things You Can Do to Stay in Denial by Derrick Jensen that I bet will be kinda yummy.
I'm not up on my movement politics enough to know if either of them is considered a good witch or a bad witch by the local anarchists, so if it turns out one or both is a total wingnut, forgive me. You never know when Chuck0 or someone will holler at you for supporting an asshole...
...and sometimes they're right.
So all I'm saying is, this book looks like it might be a winner. Head on over to your local independent bookstore or library, and leaf through it yourself. Then let me know what you thought!

If you are "not up on my movement politics" I am beyond oblivious, but I love Derrick Jensen. I have been reading his stuff for years in the Sun (remember the gift subscription I gave you in 1999?) and I just read an excerpt from another new book of his Thought to Exist in the Wild: Awakening from the Nightmare of Zoos (http://www.novoiceunheard.org/AreThoughtTo.htm) that I want to make all my friends read. I'm putting in two Suggestions for Purchase right now. Thanks!
